Axis Mapping (HAL to Hardware)

The physical connections for the axes in the Rose Engine Butler system are mapped to the hardware circuitry using the HAL. The mappings are shown below in the order as they are displayed on the panel:

Notes:

  • User selectable axes include:
    • Linear Axes: X, Z, U, V, & W
    • Rotary Axes: A, B, & C
  • Y is not available as LATHE=1 in the REB.hal.
  • Sp1 was previously C
